This course consists of 4 lessons. Participants will get to know through these intensive lessons the original gastronome of Italian and Tuscany Cooking. The lesson of "Pastries / Desserts (Pasticceria)" is dedicated to teach recipes of Italian sweets, such as tarts and biscotti. At the final lesson of "How to Combine Wine and Food, we will serve typical Italian dishes prepared by participants themselves, with appropriate wine. We will talk about Red wines and White wines to combine with the first and second dishes, and end up with Dessert wines to combine specifically with sweets and tarts.
4 Lessons, (3 hours per lesson) (*1)
- Italian Dishes (Hand-made Pasta and Sauce, Vegetable dishes) - Tuscany Dishes (The First and Second (Main) Courses ) - Pastries / Desserts - How to Combine Wine and Food (*2)
(*1) You will need only two days to complete all the four lessons. (*2) "How to Combine Wine and Food" lesson will have to be taken with any of the rest of three lessons, but NOT independently.
