Group Lessons
For those who are passionate about cooking and wish to know the secrets of the kitchen, under the guide of an expert chef, the participants learn to make typical Italian and Tuscan dishes.

During the lesson, the participants have moments to practice the new techniques that have just been learned. The sampling of the prepared dishes follows the lesson.
 
 
Professional Courses
These courses have a limited number of spaces to ensure a professional learning experience. The participants will attain the basic cooking competences needed for the preparation of food and the developing of recipes in the Italian culinary tradition.
The participants have at their disposition all of the necessary equipment at the school for carrying out the lesson. At the conclusion of the course all participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
 
 
Beginner Courses
These courses will have a limited number of inscriptions to guarantee a professional learning and to assure the attainment of alimentation’s competences, the preparation of food and develop the recipes of traditional Italian Cooking.
Participants will have at their disposal all the equipment needed, which will be furnished by the school, to take their lessons.
At the end of each course all the participants will receive certificate of attendance.
